The Squeegee Bros is a two-brother window cleaning company serving Portland and the surrounding metro. Honest pricing, careful work, and a streak-free guarantee we actually stand behind.
No obligation. We respond same day, 7 days a week.
We do one thing and we do all of it. Glass, screens, tracks, sills, and frames — the parts other companies charge extra for or skip entirely.
Every pane hand-washed with professional squeegees and purified water — no soap film, no towel lint, no streaks left behind.
Screens come out, get scrubbed and rinsed, then dry fully before they go back in. Clean screens are half of what people notice.
We vacuum out the grit, then hand-wipe tracks and sills. It is the difference between a window that looks clean and one that is clean.
Second-story exteriors, stairwell windows, and tall entry glass — the panes you should not be climbing a household ladder to reach.
Sliders, French doors, storm doors, and entry sidelights — the panes most companies quietly skip. We price them clearly up front.
Portland window cleaning typically runs $9–$15 per window, with most homes landing between $229 and $450. Our packages sit right in that range — the difference is you can see the price before you call.
Curb appeal on a budget. Great for rentals, quick refreshes, and between deep cleans.

A “standard window” means a single-pane or double-hung window reachable from the ground. Every quote is confirmed before we start work — you will never get a bill higher than the number we gave you.
Booking a window cleaner should take five minutes, not five phone calls.
Call, text, or fill out the form. Give us a rough window count and your address — that is usually all we need.
We reply the same day with an exact price, not a range. Most homes we can quote over the phone without a site visit.
You get a text when we are on the way. Shoe covers and drop cloths indoors, careful ladder work outside.
We walk the job with you before we leave. Something is not right, we fix it on the spot. Pay however is easiest.
We are Xander and Owen Ruvalcaba. We started The Squeegee Bros in Southwest Portland because we kept hearing the same complaints from neighbors: quotes that changed after the job, companies that skipped the tracks, and crews that never showed up when they said they would.
So we built the opposite. When you book The Squeegee Bros, you get the two of us — not a rotating crew, not a subcontractor. We quote the job, we do the job, and we stand behind it. If a window is not right, we come back and fix it. That is the whole business model.
The name is exactly what it says. Two brothers, a pair of squeegees, and no one else on the payroll. What you get is clear glass, clear pricing, and a straight answer on the phone.
We work a small circle on purpose. Everything within about 10 miles of Southwest Portland — no travel fees anywhere inside it, and we're never more than 20 minutes from your driveway. Click your city for local details and pricing.
Do not see your town? We will travel further for larger homes — give us a call and we will tell you straight whether we can help.
We are brand new, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise. What we do have is a short calendar, something to prove, and three promises we will put in writing.
No crews, no subcontractors, no rotating faces. Xander and Owen quote the work, do the work, and answer the phone. You will know exactly who is coming.
Not happy with a window? Call within 7 days and we come back and redo it free. No arguing, no inspection, no conditions. We would rather fix it than lose a neighbor.
Almost every window cleaner in Portland makes you call for a number. Ours are published, add-ons and all. The quote we give you is the number you pay when we finish.

Most Portland-area companies land between $9 and $15 per standard window, with the average home job running $229–$306 and larger homes reaching $450. Our packages start at $179 for exterior-only and $279 for a complete interior and exterior clean, which puts us right in the middle of the market — not the cheapest, not the most expensive. You get a firm quote before we start, not a surprise at the end.
For most Portland homes, twice a year works well — once in spring after the rainy season and once in early fall before the weather turns. Homes near busy roads, under heavy tree cover, or with sprinklers hitting the glass usually want it more often. We will tell you honestly what your house needs based on what we actually see — we are not going to talk you into more visits than you need.
Yes, and it does not affect the result. Rain alone is clean water — what makes windows look dirty is the grime it runs through. Once the glass and frames are properly cleaned, rain runs off clear. We only reschedule for high winds, ice, or heavy storms, which in Portland means we work most of the year.
Yes. We are licensed, bonded, and carry full liability insurance. We are happy to send a certificate of insurance before your appointment — property managers and HOAs usually want one on file, and we can provide it same day.
For exterior-only work, no — just make sure gates are unlocked and pets are inside. For interior work we do need access, but you do not have to follow us around. We wear shoe covers, lay down drop cloths, and text you before and after.
If you are not happy with any window, call us within 7 days and we come back and redo it at no charge. No arguing, no fine print. We would rather fix it than have you tell a neighbor we did a mediocre job.
A standard 15-window home takes about 2–3 hours for a full interior and exterior clean, or roughly an hour for exterior only. Larger homes, French panes, and second-story access add time — we give you a realistic window when we book, not a vague 'sometime that day.'
We are based in Southwest Portland and serve everything within about 10 miles of home — Beaverton, Tigard, Lake Oswego, and Tualatin. Staying tight is deliberate: it means we spend the day cleaning windows instead of sitting in traffic, and it is why we can usually get to you the same week. Just outside the line? Call us anyway.
Yes. We offer a neighbor discount — book on the same day as someone on your street and you both save 10%. Seniors and veterans get 10% off any package. Repeat customers who book us again within a year also get 10% off, and we will remind you when it is about time.
No. We are a residential-only company — houses, townhomes, and condos. Staying focused on homes is what lets the two of us do every job ourselves instead of running crews, and it is why we can show up when we say we will.
Card, Zelle, or Venmo. We are not able to accept checks, so please plan on one of those three — we will remind you when we book. Payment is due when the job is done, and you get an itemized receipt by email. No deposit required.
Free quote, same-day response, no pressure. Tell us roughly how many windows you have and we will give you a real number.
